Refund Policy

The short version
If you buy the Library unlock and it isn't for you, we'll refund you. No hoops.
Money-back guarantee
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Paddle (the seller of record for your purchase), back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes a few business days once approved.
- After a refund, the purchased entitlement (e.g. the Library unlock) is removed from your account. Your free access, progress, and medals are unaffected.
How to request a refund
Either works:
- Email [email protected] from the account you purchased with, including your order reference (it's on your Paddle receipt email); or
- Use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal/retracto under Chilean consumer-protection law (Ley N° 19.496) or, where applicable, EU consumer law. Where a statutory right gives you more than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
Subscriptions
We don't sell subscriptions today. If we ever do, you'll be able to cancel any time effective at the end of the current paid period, and this page will be updated with the details first.
